AVA Drone Services delivers reliable, fully insured, FAA-certified drone services in Ohio with clear communication, fast turnaround, and professional results.

Flight Times and Conditions

AVA Drone Service Flight Times Drone

  • Flights are subject to weather and FAA airspace regulations

  • Standard Flight Times: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (Unique times upon request)

  • Civil Twilight = 30 minutes before sunrise and 30 minutes after sunset

  • A longer project may require multiple flights

Scheduling

Schedule a flight with AVA

  • Book your times by using our contact page to add detailed information

  • We suggest booking a flight time ASAP (The weather is unpredictable)

  • We monitor the weather and will communicate any adjustments

  • Confirm access and permission for safe access for takeoff and landing.

Cancellations and Weather

  • Please give a 24-hour notice for any changes or cancellations

  • We will reschedule as soon as the weather conditions are flyable

  • Rescheduling at No Extra Cost When Needed

  • Safety always comes first

License Agreements

  • Extensive Commercial Use (Standard - FREE) This license grants the property owner or purchaser the rights to use the final edited images for the marketing and promotion of their business or property for as long as they own the property or operate the business; however, original files are excluded. AVA Drone Services LLC retains the copyright for all captured images and reserves the right to use them for its own marketing and promotional purposes.

  • Exclusive Copyright (Premium - Add On Cost) With this option, AVA Drone Services LLC will transfer all rights to the purchaser, granting them exclusive copyright to all images captured during their flight(s) for all uses. This includes all original data.

  • A longer project may require multiple flights
