• $150 Down Deposit - Secures flight mission and pilot is enroute.

• $200 Upon arrival, the search begins (includes 4 fully charged batteries and up to approximately 2 hours of search time).

• If a recovery mission is canceled after the operator has begun traveling or has arrived on site, a $125 cancellation fee may apply. Cancellations made at least 30 minutes before the scheduled recovery time will not be charged.

Thermal recovery works best within the first few hours. We deploy day or night, with optimal results during cooler evening and early morning hours.

Aerial Thermal Search
Our drone scans fields, trails, and wooded edges using high-resolution thermal and zoom cameras. Permission must be established (written, verbal, or present) to recover deer during the operation.

Precise Location and Guidance
If a deer is located, we provide exact GPS coordinates and guide you directly to the recovery site. If the deer is alive, the search stops immediately in accordance with ethical and legal standards.

Ethical & Legal Standards

• Recovery only for deer believed to be dead or mortally wounded

• No live hunting assistance

• Valid licenses and landowner permission required

• If alive, pursuit pauses until the next legal hunting day

• Liability waiver required before flight operations
