Licensing Options
Extensive Commercial Use
This license grants the property owner or purchaser the right to use the final edited images for the marketing and promotion of their business or property for as long as they own the property or operate the business. However, original data files are excluded. AVA Drone Services retains the copyright for all captured images and reserves the right to use them for its own marketing and promotional purposes.
Unlimited Use
This license provides the purchaser unlimited personal usage rights for the final captured and/or edited images, including access to the original data files. However, AVA Drone Services retains the original copyright for all captured images and reserves the right to use them for business marketing and promotional purposes
Exclusive Copyright
With this option, AVA Drone Services will transfer all rights to the purchaser, granting them exclusive copyright to all images captured during their flight(s) for all uses. This includes the original data files.
PILOT INSTITUTE
Scheduling & Cancellation
All flight requests are subject to the following conditions: 1. Federal Airspace Restrictions, 2. Scheduling Availability, and 3. Weather Conditions. While AVA Drone Services will make every effort to accommodate your preferred flight date and time, in the rare event that we cannot, don't panic, we will inform you promptly (typically within 48 hours) if there are any conflicts with your requested dates, times or flight restrictions, or location. If this occurs, we will either work to reschedule your flight or issue a full refund, based on your preference.
If weather conditions become an issue, our team will notify you as soon as possible, concerning any flight delays as part of our pre-flight communication. In weather-related cancellations, priority will be given to rebooking, and refunds will not be provided. The on-site Remote Pilot in Command has the ultimate authority on all flight-related decisions and will determine any delays or cancellations due to weather on the day of the flight.
